ETYPE is an open publishing platform that allows users to create, publish, and share articles. The Service supports both authenticated and anonymous publishing, public and private articles, rich text editing, media uploads, and commenting.

3. User Accounts

• You may create an account using email (magic link) or Google authentication.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your profile.
• One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of the content you publish. By publishing content on ETYPE, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your content through the Service.

You agree not to publish content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory
• Contains hate speech, discrimination, or incitement to violence
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others

5. Anonymous Publishing

The Service allows publishing articles without an account. Anonymous content is subject to the same rules as authenticated content. We reserve the right to remove anonymous content that violates these terms without prior notice.

6. Private Articles

Private articles are accessible only via a unique access key. While we take measures to protect private content, we cannot guarantee that access keys shared by you will remain confidential. You are responsible for managing access to your private articles.

7. Moderation and Reporting

Users can report content that violates these terms. Our team reviews reports and may take action including removing content or restricting accounts. We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

The ETYPE name, logo, and platform design are our property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the platform's code or design without permission. User-generated content remains the property of its authors.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ETYPE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
